My practice is geared toward assisting individuals with depression, marital/family/couple discord, career impass, and life transitions. These issues can be difficult to overcome alone. I can assist you in regaining balance in your life and overcoming relationship issues without stifling your own identity.

I have worked in the counseling field assisting people with many difficult issues such as substance, abuse, major mental health illness, and couple discord. I am ready to assist you in any way I can. Call me and together we will work to find balance in your life.
