The holistic approach to wellness focuses on creating and maintaining health rather than merely suppressing or compensating for symptoms of disease and imbalance. This often involves balancing energy flow in the aura, chakras, and energy meridians and releasing dysfunctional patterns of thought and feeling that are held on subconscious levels.
