8-Week Grief Recovery Group Begins Tuesday, February 7


In this 8-session Grief Recovery Method® Group you will learn why the words of well-meaning friends and family immediately following your loss may not have felt comforting, and why these words may have even made you angry or contributed to feeling depressed or sad. Most of us would, "move on" or "let go" if we knew how.

This Grief Recovery group will take you through the specific steps necessary to heal a broken heart.
