I support clients in wellness coaching, healing emotional wounds, releasing long-held patterns, and reconnecting with their inner strength, clarity, and wholeness. I currently offer online sessions. My approach integrates evidence-based psychological principles with a deep respect for the human spirit. I work from a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered lens, creating a space where individuals feel seen, safe, and empowered.
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based practices, somatic awareness, and systemic/constellation-informed perspectives. I help clients explore how family history, life experiences, and internal parts of the self shape emotional responses and relational patterns. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, military members/veterans, sensitive individuals, and those navigating identity development, burnout, or spiritual awakening alongside mental-emotional healing.
Across all sessions, my intention is to help clients reconnect with their voice, reclaim personal agency, and cultivate resilience. Healing is not about “fixing” the self, but remembering who we are beneath layers of stress, trauma, or conditioning. Together, we create a space for insight, connection, and meaningful transformation.
