“Does your child or teen suffer from anxiety, depression, sleep issues or other difficulties at school or at home? These problems can cause a great deal of pain, sadness, and frustration for a child and his or her family. Some children are faced with the challenge of adjusting to a major change in their lives, such as a death in the family, a medical illness, or a divorce. Others have a learning disability or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) which can impact their self-esteem and functioning at school and at home. Some children have difficulty making friends.
My aim in working with children and adults is to help them to identify their strengths, to cope with weaknesses, and to ultimately meet their goals. I strive to help your child feel happier, more confident and better able to cope with difficulties.
Therapy can help alleviate the suffering of your child and facilitate growth and development. I meet with parents regularly to discuss your concerns or just to check in. Please feel free to call me if you would like to schedule a consultation or if you have any questions or concerns!”
