In my practice, I try to utilize a form of therapy called Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) which was developed by Steve de Shazer and Insoo Kim Berg.
By helping people identify the things they wish to have changed in their lives and further develop the skills they already have, I help my clients construct a concrete vision for themselves and make that vision a reality.
