COUPLES AND MARITAL THERAPY
We help couples improve their relationships by assessing strengths and weaknesses. Therapy helps explore areas that are hindering connection and assists in developing important skills needed to develop a deeper connectedness. In addition, we treat individuals where trust has been broken and infidelities have occurred.
GROUP THERAPY
The Center for Integrated Behavioral Health offers group therapy options based on evidence-based models of treatment. Group therapy is a powerful venue for growth and change as participants not only learn valuable skills but gain insight and support from others experiencing similar difficulties. From an integrated health perspective, our practice seeks to offer various pathways to health and well-being. Groups will be designed based on need and specialty of clinicians. Group therapy is often used as an adjunct to individual treatment or a stand alone therapy.
