Itʼs a reflection of the belief you have in yourself, your courage to change, and your willingness to empower yourself with the tools and support to finally live the life you want. I work with artists, activists, teenagers, immigrants, dieting survivors, couples of all kinds, bicultural identities, money matters, sexual outsiders, grief and loss, body size issues, PTSD, trauma, substance abuse, sex and love addiction, adult children, LGBTQIQ/gender identity, and eating disorders. Together, we will roll up our sleeves and explore whatever it is that is keeping you depressed, overwhelmed, anxious or stuck in behaviors, patterns and relationships that arenʼt serving you. I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt, that we all have the capacity to transform our lives; to find satisfying relationships, meaningful work, and make conscious contact with the incredible healing power inside of us all.
