I try to help individuals who have become stuck in their lives, or couples/families who have become trapped in the "dances" they do together, find the freedom, strength and trust to move once again. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages, races, cultures and orientations. Each treatment is individually tailored to the particular patient or family

I work with each Client to help them set and achieve their own individualized goals. I find that the majority of the time, it is our own self-destructive thoughts and behaviors that hold us back from living life to its full potential. By changing our counterproductive thought patterns we can eventually become our best resource to live a fulfilling and beneficial life.
