Clients with chronic muscle and joint pains can experience significant relief after treatment(s) with me. I use Swedish Techniques along with Positional Therapy and Muscle Release Techniques to stretch and reeducate muscles to help correct the underlying cause of the pain. I advise and educate clients of their daily postures to prevent future issues and how to use pain signals to investigate the cause(es) of issues, discouraging masking the issues through medications.
