Helix Wellness Solutions provides mobile massage therapy, personal training and wellness consulting throughout the Phoenix metro area. I started Helix Wellness Solutions because I believe that people with calendars full of family, work and social obligations still want and need to make their good health a priority --- they just need the right opportunity! My aim is to give my clients the best opportunity to achieve their unique health, fitness and relaxation goals. My practice is all about your better health. Helping you live a healthier life, improving the quality of your life, and relieving you of the aches and pains you may be experiencing. My philosophy is massage is not the only way to achieve better health; it's part of a balanced program of massage, healthy diet, and exercise. Massage is preventive maintenance for your body just as oil changes are preventive maintenance for your car or truck. The difference is if you neglect your car or truck and it can''t be fixed, you go out and buy another one. But if you neglect your body and IT breaks down, where are you going to live? You can't buy another body! Regular massage will reap many benefits such as better circulation, removal of toxins, expansion of breath, teaching how to relax, elimination of stress, and many more.
