As a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, Blair Elyse Brown specializes in injury and post-operative rehabilitation, treatment of chronic pain, and care for athletes. Her sessions integrate many modalities, from both Western and Eastern medicine, to create uniquely tailored treatments for each client. Blair currently is available to clients in her home studio in midtown Wilmington. Prices are reasonable and you can save money by purchasing a series of sessions up front. Blair is also available for lectures, workshops, and on-site sessions at sporting events, at fitness centers, in corporate settings, or in your home. You can find me at three easy to find locations in Brunswick County; Right Touch Therapy & Capelli Salon & Day Spa both in Ocean Isle Beach & The Dinah E. Gore Fitness & Aquatic Center in Bolivia. I will also travel to your home, or rental and bring all of my supplies. All you would need to provide is adequate space for me and my table. All of my work and intent is strictly therapeutic. My personal goal for each of my clients is to read the body to the best of my ability and implement the best plan for recovery, rehabilitation, and relaxation. Yoga classes are held on Thursday mornings at 9:15am at Body Edge Fitness Studio in Ocean Isle Beach. During the Summer months join me on the beach in front of the Islander Inn on Ocean Isle Beach for early morning yoga at 7am. Just bring a large beach towel and water. Classes are appropriate for beginners but more advanced yogis are welcome to join as I encourage everyone to practice at his or her own level. Taking your practice on the sand adds a whole new element to yoga, if you have never tried it now is the time!
