As you can see from my profile I do many different massages or modalities. I offer a free upgrade to Bamboo massage. This variety of bamboo sticks are warmed to a very nice temperature and can get into areas to relieve stress and tension. I think this highly accentuates a deep tissue massage. I also can do hot stone massage which really gets deep into the muscles for warming them and loosening them.

It is my goal in every massage session to offer a mindful and pain free treatment. My work is primarily myofascial intergrated with deep tissue neuromuscular therapy. My work may be different for each session as your body informs me. It is a one step-at-a-time process and I work at a tempo that is best for you. There is no pain or bruising with my work. When your tissue is addressed correctly, you will get the relief you are looking for. My specialties include: Deep muscle corrective massage, Pre & peri-natal & postpartum massage, Myofascial massage, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Sports Massage and Birth doula services. I also am a provider on Advanced Bodywork continuing education in Florida and nationally.
