I have an eclectic practice, using Acupuncture and massage techniques, which are determined, specifically for each person, individually. I have been able to help people who are in pain, who have had injuries, or have headaches, problems with their hearing, ear infections, people who can't sleep, who have digestive problems to even depression and for those who just need help with chronic problems. I also work with my husband, Doug Tessler, who offers live healing music; Together, we offer Qi Gong workshops and help people, in groups and "One on One". I look at each person's diet and their surroundings. I usually go to people's homes, as I work with the "Alpha-Stim", which helps your own body, produce extra encephalons and endorphins, which can change your body chemistry, significantly. ~ Because of this change, I feel that people, after a treatment, should be able to relax and not have to drive anywhere, afterwards. So, I come to you. Tho, I do also practice, out of a few offices, and can offer an office location, as well, to patients. I especially like helping the elderly. I have worked with people who have Parkinsons and have helped reduce their shaking. I've worked with people, with health challenges ranging from back pain, to depression and insomnia, to even just foot pain, like plantar fascitis. I have also helped women with menopausal symptoms thru acupuncture. Also, due to the FOUR things, that United Health Care, will now pay for - I would like to share their list for comedic relief ~ As, United Health Care's list, only covers these four things ~ Yes, it is quite funny and almost entertaining .. to share, that United Health Care Insurance, will now cover and accept, and pay Acupuncture Physicians to treat only 4 things ! and the envelope - please ; Unfortunately - this may seem - like material, for a stand up comedy routine - But for now - this is the new 2021 Info - - Most importantly, United Health Care will NOW - pay for NOT only post surgical pain, - due to Dental surgery ! ~ BUT - Now, I have to update this as United Health Care will now - also let you call an Acupuncture Physician and cover treatment, for Low Back pain ! Tho, I will assure you, that Acupuncture has helped many people around the world, for hundreds of years, United Health Care is so far only recognizing the effects that Acupuncture can have on Low Back pain and will NOT cover Acupuncture treatments, for much of any other kind pain, besides dental pain after or due to post surgical pain. However, I will point out, that I have helped a lot of people who have had post surgical pain from Dental surgery, so I will agree that Acupuncture can help and has helped many people with dental pain ! I also have helped people with the other three other things, that United Health Care, is willing to offer to pay Acupuncture, for ; 1 - Nausea and vomiting from post surgery 2 - Nausea and vomiting from pregnancy and 3 - Nausea and vomiting from chemotherapy, ~ I also teach people, about the health benefits of a healthy diet and how to prepare raw foods ~ Plus .... Dr. Pope and Dr. Jiang work with adults, children, infants, geriatrics, women during pregnancy, and has many modalities to accommodate her patients. Dr. Pope and Dr. Jiang works with their patients and their patients input is very important with their treatment plan. Dr. Pope and Dr. Jiang bills many insurance companies, primarily PPO’s as an out- of -network provider. We can perform and bill for acupuncture, physical therapy and manual therapy. We take PIP cases, and Workers Compensation cases. We have a billing company that will verify your eligibility for services. For those patients without insurance coverage we do offer discounted fees and packages. Please contact our office to get your insurance verified. You may sign out our insurance verification online and we will be glad to check. It usually takes 1-4 business days to get your coverage information back.
