The waiting room is modern with urban, industrial feel. The suite has a large common room for therapists (equipped with a Fridge, microwave, and furnishings).
$2150 rent is approximate (as there will be an increase in rents soon) and includes electric, heat, central air, wifi, and cleaning of common spaces. In addition, there is a 1 x year tax levied by the city on the building which is divided by all offices.
Subletting is possible. We ask all tenants to obtain general liability insurance.
