Hello, I am needing help. I feel like I am spiraling out of control and don’t know how to get myself out. All my husband and I do is fight and some days I just feel numb to the world. I either can’t control my emotions or I have no emotions at all. I feel lethargic, exhausted, overwhelmed, anger, anxious and impulsive. My impulsivity has been spiraling out of control for months now and I fear I am in a manic phase. Please help.
