I have been struggling for a long time. I started seeing a therapist last year for about 6 months but I didn't see any improvement so I had a couple of consultations. I've been seeing 2 therapists. One say he doesnt know how to help someone older than he is and the other never offers any advice guidance or tools to deal with long standing issues. i know what the problems are i dont know how to deal with them and its getting harder & harder to get out of bed |
