Anna Dasbach, LMFT
Mindfulness Counseling Santa Cruz
Balanced Family-Therapy
Would you like to live a more fulfilled life with meaningful relationships? You have taken the first step! Finding the right therapist can be scary and confusing. I believe that a personal connection is the corner stone to a successful therapeutic experience. Sometimes traumatic events can bring us to lose our sense of well-being and our center and we need help regaining them. I see my role as guide and support in your path of uncovering your full potential. I work with adults, adolescents, children, couples and families. Please call me to see if we are a good fit.
As a holistic therapist I belief that our mind, body and emotions are connected, and to heal we need to reconnect with our deeper knowing and find ways to re-trust our Selves. I use mindfulness based and somatic approaches to reconnect with our deeper truth and to regain well-being.
As an adoptive and step mother I bring first hand experience and specialized training to the issue of adoption, especially international adoption, and step parenting.
As a early childhood educator, I have had many years of working with children and their parents. I also bring extensive training and experience in working with adolescents and young adults.
I love working with families, couples and individuals to help support you in your journey to greater peace of mind and love for life.
Please contact me for a free phone consultation, and I will be happy to meet with you to see if we are a good fit. I believe that a good connection is the first step to a successful therapeutic relationship.
