Myofascial Release Can Relieve Your Pain!
Restore painless range of motion
I practice assessment based treatment utilizing various approaches of Myofascial Release, MET (Muscle Energy Technique), Active release techniques and interventions found in various diciplines, depending on the needs and condition of each client.
I see many clients for pain management, post injury rehabilitation, post surgery recovery, and repetitive strain injury resulting from behaviors such as working in front of a computer terminal or driving many hours a day, as well as injuries associated with amateur athletes who run, bicycle, play tennis & golf or other activities.
I believe that most soft tissue orthopedic quality interventions should not be painful. In fact they should (and do) feel good if delivered properly by the practitioner. Exception to the not painful is Stecco deep fascia manipulations which by it's nature is painful.
Experienced working with elder clients.
