Deciding to enter therapy can be one of the most important and difficult decisions a person can make. It may become overwhelming just choosing a therapist. I understand and appreciate this struggle. Having helped individuals for over 20 years, I understand the need for a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. I work in a holistic way, to help acheive your best "SELF", connecting mind, body and emotions.

I work with each individual differently based on their needs. I help provide focus, decrease chaos and move in a healthy life direction. Because I have been in practice for many years, I have numerous "tools"" to offer. "Therapy is a partnership where we work together so you can reach your goals. "

I treat Adults, Couples, Adolescents. Over the years I have come to develop specialties in Anxiety, Addictions(including internet, sexual addictions), Trauma, Incest recovery and Simple Phobias.
I'm gay friendly and have experience helping with issues around 'coming out', couple issues, etc.

Bio
I received my Masters degree in Social Work in 1987 from Rutger's University and have been practicing in Morristown since 1991. Prior to having a private pratice, I was employed at the St. Clare's Behavioral Health Center for several years where I was able to work with a variety of individuals and then at an Institue specializing in Addiction, Recovery and ACOA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) issues.

Over the years, I have taken numerous trainings which have helped improve my skills and, therefore, help those I'm helping.
