The First Step Is the Hardest One, But You Can Begin Today.
There are times in our lives when we don't know what is wrong; just that something is. We wonder if we are "crazy" and are scared to be judged if we ask for help. The truth is that very sane people struggle when the difficulties in their lives outpace their coping skills. I've been a therapist for 18 years and believe strongly that healing comes through connection with others. As we increase our knowledge, we become healthier and more resilient when approaching future problems. It is an honor to work alongside people as they discover hidden strengths and resources.

Education/Training
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been working in the field since 1991. In that time, I have helped individuals struggling with a variety of issues, including problems with thoughts, moods and learning to move past the barriers to success and progress in thier lives.

As a Psychologist, I can help you to name the problem that you face by providing a diagnosis, but more importantly I can offer strategies and treatment recommendations to begin to help you manage symptoms with which you struggle. I have worked in clinic settings, schools, in-home programs and managed care environments and have a broad view of the systems most folks live within.
