Do you have a loved one who is struggling with an addiction?
Do you have a hard time saying NO -- and sticking to it?
Do you feel constantly taken advantage of, or taken for granted, as if nothing you do is ever good enough?

Dealing with a loved one's addiction is a very difficult thing. You may be feeling stuck in your current situation, and wondering if things will always be the way it is now. Or you may be feeling completely over-extended, taking care of everything (and everyone) both at work and at home, that you just don’t have any time or energy left to take care of yourself. You may even be feeling completely isolated and alone, because no one seems to understand what you are going through, and there is no one in your life that you feel comfortable talking to about it.

You don't have to go through another day struggling with this on your own. Call me TODAY at and let's see how I can help!

It can really take a toll on you when you love someone who is struggling with an addiction. You do not have to go through this alone. I can help you look at the "big picture" of what you really want for your life -- and for your loved ones.

I do this by first helping you to increase your awareness of the circumstances of your current life situation, in order to understand how things got to be this way. Together, we will then explore several possible options that you may not have considered before, which can ultimately empower you to make the positive changes that you have been looking for.

Call me today and let’s see what we can do together to make this happen!

Wishing you all the best,
Ceci

Bio
It can be so draining, frustrating, and overwhelming to deal with a loved one's addiction.

I know, because I have my share of loved ones who struggle with various addictions. And I have struggled right along with them, as I tried to save them from their addictions. It has taken me a long time to realize and accept that the only person I can ultimately fix, change, or improve is myself. Acceptance of this fact, combined with both my personal and professional life experiences, enables me to have empathy, insight, and knowledge about the challenges of dealing with a loved one's addiction.

If you are having a hard time dealing with a loved one’s addiction, I can help you go through the same process that I have needed to go through in my own life. This process includes:

1. determining exactly what you CAN control,

2. figuring out how to accept the things (and people) that you cannot control,

3. exploring the options you currently have available, given your specific life circumstances,

4. deciding what you are willing, able, and ready to do, based on the options you have available, and

5. finding the additional resources and support you may need, to follow through with your chosen options.

If you could use some support, I am here to help. You deserve to feel better. Let’s figure out how to do that. Call me today. I look forward to hearing from you!
