Counselling Can Help You Create a Better Life for Yourself
Improve Relationships, Feel Happier and Resolve Issues
Psychologists are specially trained to assist people in dealing with depression, anxiety, grief and relationships. Counselling helps people identify their feelings, needs and strengths. Often we loose sight of who we are when trying to please others and avoid conflict. This often leads to unhappiness, anxiety, depression or a general dissastisfaction.
Counselling provides a safe place to share your feelings and sort through confusing and difficult issues. It helps people to build self-confidence, grieve losses, decrease anxiety and depression, become more self aware and improve relationships.
My approach to counselling is grounded in my faith that people are intrinsically worthy, are able to make sound decisions, have successful relationships, and create the life they want. I believe that people, often through a series of life events, have lost faith in themselves which tends to lead to unhappiness and conflict. I focus on peoples' strengths, as people often loose sight of their gifts.
