Effective and Collaborative Solutions to Your Problems
Empowering You To Create Sustainable Happiness
Are you or a loved one feeling stuck – uncertain about navigating changes in your life, how you see yourself, or how to reconnect with those close to you? When we feel stuck, taking steps forward can feel like a monumental task. We can work together to break down your thoughts and uncertainties, determine the best way forward, and put practical strategies into action, to empower you to create the life you want for yourself. In me, you’ll have a collaborator who will follow your lead and ensure you feel you heard but will be willing to challenge you and continue to motivate you towards achieving your goals.
Therapy with me involves weaving together practical skill-building and evidence-based strategies to help you achieve your individualized goals. I work with individuals experiencing difficult life transitions at work, at home, or at school. I also specialize in the unique issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community and individuals who are neurodiverse (Autism & ADHD). Through individual, parent, or family sessions, we will untangle your thoughts, improve your self-esteem, and take tangible steps towards sustainable change.
When you have a better understanding of who you are and what you want, your goals will feel attainable. Everyone has the ability to move past the struggles they’re experiencing, and together we can create solutions and develop skills to build long-term happiness. If you’re ready to learn how we can work together, email or call me for a 15-minute consultation.

Bio
I am a life-long New Yorker and an LCSW, who earned a graduate degree from Columbia University in 2016. In addition to my private practice, I work as a therapist and supervisor at a non-profit providing therapy for individuals who are neurodiverse and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
I believe that quality mental health care should be accessible to all, regardless of your background, financial situation, or identity. I am neurodiversity affirming and LGBTQ+ friendly, and I always treat individuals with a person-centric approach. I always use our first meeting to hear your individual story, ensure I have a grasp on the problems, and focus on understanding your goals for therapy. During sessions, I provide a safe and connected space for you to explain and work towards resolving your issues.
Payments Accepted
I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Oscar Health, United Healthcare, Oxford, Cigna, and Aetna. For out-of-network sessions I can offer a superbill for your insurance.
Payments can be made via Venmo, cash, credit cards.
