Education
Medical and Sports Massage clients are those who benefit most from my therapy. My training includes 705 hours of training at the Cayce-Reilly School in Virginia Beach, VA, followed by studies in Myofascial Release, Integrative Manual Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatics, Lowen Systems, Visceral Manipulation, and Kinesio Taping. I am a Certified Biofeedback Technician.
Bio
Working with love and compassion, I have been in continuous practice since 1995, with more than 1,000 hours in continuing education. I don't feel that any single massage modality can cover everyone's challenges, so I continue learning in an effort to have more tools with which to work. My training inludes Craniosacral, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Integrative Manual Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and Lowen Systems. My touch is deep, but light, so you remain pain-free during treatment. I've treated many top-level, well-known athletes, as well as medical conditions and am available for a free telephone consultation.
