Bio
After a first career in the arts, Di became a psychotherapist and organisational trainer in a mid-life change of direction. She is also a senior trainer in sociodrama, a group method of looking at societal systems in action. No man (or woman) is an island - we are relational creatures, in our families, work teams, communities, cities, countries and across the globe. Other people are pivotal to our sense of wellbeing. Di is also a Life Coach, using additional methods based in NLP, currently working with senior scientists in an international pharmaceutical company and senior managers in a local housing association. She is the co-editor of 'Sociodrama in a Changing World' (2012, published), has been a practitioner of the therapeutic theatre method Playback Theatre for over 20 years and is currently studying Energy Medicine and Meridian Energy Therapies such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) for fast relief and release of painful emotions. A devotee of lifelong learning, Di is constantly adding new methods and modalities to her toolkit of interventions to help people from all walks of life improve their levels of satisfaction, happiness and achievement in life. Di is a clinical supervisor, registered with the British Psychodrama Association.
