I bring my 30 years in human services to my practice. My holistic, strength-based approach includes Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness/Body-Centered Psychotherapy & CBT.

I also use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), known as "tapping", helping you release emotional trauma from your body faster than you ever thought possible.
