The Fourth Floor Medical Practice

I work as a holistic medical doctor and psychotherapist, offering non drug approaches to health and healing through a range of complementary therapies.

This may include the use of Homeopathy to trigger the body's self healing; or learning Autogenic Training (an 8 week course particularly helpful for anxiety, insomnia and stress management) to reconnect mind and body with inner peace through profound relaxation and emotional release; or choosing Psychotherapy as a safe and confidential place to explore personal issues affecting your relationships and quality of life, helping to increase awareness and exercise choice from a more empowered place within.

Holistic medicine addresses imbalance and disease by stimulating the healing potential available within us, rather than simply overriding the body's symptoms through the use of powerful drugs.

Bio

Qualified as a medical doctor for 30 years, I also studied and practised classical homeopathy for 25 years, and have taught Autogenic Profound Relaxation for 20 years. To better meet patient needs, I further trained as a psychotherapist with the Psychosynthesis & Education Trust over 18 years ago, and help people from all kinds of background to deal with a wide variety of personal and professional issues concerning loss, depression, anxiety, anger, stress & sleep management; relationship and marital problems, work place issues and adapting to overwhelming life changes. I am UKCP registered and British Autogenic Society Fellow.
