EmpowerKidz is a multi-disciplinary initiative to provide holistic services to children with learning challenges under one umbrella to identify & build their fundamental cognitive skills, while bridging their academic gaps through multisensory educational therapy. We believe in the potential of every child and equip them with practical tools to enhance learning, confidence, and
success. We create personalized treatment plans based on our age and grade-specific assessments. Our unique process assesses, analyzes, and trains cognitive learning abilities prior to implementing a comprehensive educational remediation program based on the Orton-Gillingham Multi-Sensory approach.

Bio

Dr. Anupma Sethi is the founder of Empowerkidz, a multi-disciplinary learning program/initiative for children to achieve, enhance, empower and optimize their learning. Anupma has a doctorate in Learning Disabilities from the University of Delhi.

Anupma is a certified Educational Therapist from UC Santa Cruz Extension at SIlicon Valley.
She is also a certified SOI systems practitioner under SOI systems Oregon, USA.
Anupma has extensive experience as an SOI Systems Cognitive Skills Trainer, an Orton-Gillingham reading therapist, licensed coach for The Listening Program from Advanced Brain Technologies.

Anupma also has a certification in Braingym 101 program for mind and body coordination.

She has been working with children with learning disabilities and ADHD for over twenty years and has experimented with research-based new developments in the area of education and the science of teaching.
Her philosophy of education engages the belief that everyone has the inherent capacity to be what they want to be when they are provided the opportunity to learn in the manner best suited for their individual strengths. What we need is a new paradigm in education where “all” means “all”. Where we nourish the belief that all persons have value and that all persons (children) can learn.
