Dr. Cynthia Rassiga-West has excelled in her professional career and therapeutic practice for over 25 years. She studied at the heals of experts in their fields and is therefore uniquely qualified to manage both clinical and theological components of the mental health spectrum. She has a vast awareness of Family and Community systems, substance and recovery issues, adolescent and adult process, dual diagnosis and Bipolar/Anxiety/Depressive disorders, as well as multicultural dynamics.

Dr. Rassiga-West, having been trained in Art Therapy and Psychodrama, she uses these and various traditional methods and disciplines to provide a unique strategy for her clients.
Bio
Dr. Cynthia, being a native Texan, earned her Bachelors degree in San Antonio, Texas. There she worked in crisis centers and taught phone workers important crisis concerns. She earned her Master of Divinity in central illinois after which she worked with a hospital residency program, was in private practice, and taught at the seminary. Her Doctorate of Ministry degree was earned in Chicago at which time she moved to the Milwaukee area. She comes from a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, multi-issue family system which gives her intimate understanding of complex concerns.

Dr. Rassiga-West has also authored a book, "Dream Journal: Focusing Your Future." The book is in journal form and helps lead the reader to process ideas and thoughts that may be holding them back from tuning into their dreams and accomplishments.
