Clinical Psychologist
We need to feel understood, safe, and supported to create life-long change, and in my practice I work to establish a respectful and warm relationship where this growth and development can occur. I believe each person is capable of tremendous change and view giving the gift of therapy as an honor.

I find by exploring both the past and the present, clients are better able to recognize life patterns which may be affecting their relationships, career, and overall mental health. However, I also believe each person is unique and do not utilize a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Rather, I work with clients in a collaborative manner, and together we establish the direction and pace of our work.

I work with individuals and couples from a variety of cultural, ethnic, and spiritual backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Overall, I think you will find my approach open, flexible, affirming, and engaging.

Clients usually begin sessions with a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, or problems with romantic and personal relationships. I also work with clients on issues of trauma and past abuse, body image and eating disorders, LGBTQI issues, and women's issues.
