Cognitive Behavior Therapy Center of Los Angeles
I provide individual, group, and family sessions for children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy; however, also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy and Mindfulness to further promote well being and help individuals reach their personal treatment goals.

Although my practice is a general practice, I specialize in the treatment of various mood and anxiety disorders (i.e., Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Depression, Bipolar Disorder and etc.) as well as Obsessive Compulsive Spectrum Disorders (i.e., Trichotillomania, skin picking, and compulsive hoarding).

I believe in the importance of providing collaborative, individualized and evidence based treatment. It would be a pleasure to get to know you and assist you in improving your quality of life.
