Therapy is tough, and so are you. If you’re looking for hope, understanding,
challenge and growth, you’ve come to the right place. We focus on making
connections, confronting hard things, and learning how to rebuild and find relief.
We respect the financial commitment therapy requires and we won’t waste your
time. Success doesn’t always look like sunshine and rainbows. Sometimes, it

From our psychotherapy sessions, you can expect 3 things: understanding, challenge,
and growth. My goal is to make sure I understand your story the way you experience it.
You will be challenged at times, and it might be uncomfortable. You might even find
yourself stewing over the audacity I must have to make a connection that disrupts your
normal way of thinking or being - with respect, of course. You can also expect to learn a
skill and gain some insight.

Bio

Chronic pain impacted my ability to work, move, and live the way I wanted. After trying
the traditional routes to pain relief, Structural Integration along with cognitive behavioral
approaches helped me get back to being myself again. When you’ve tried the standard
and DIY options, I’m here to offer something different.
