Personal Statement:
As an individual or couple's/marital specialist, I help patients learn the ironic concept of "tolerating intimacy" and in so doing, obtain/enjoy the personal relationship you want and... deserve. Also, new article written: 'Body-Mind Strategies for Dealing with Anxiety and Depression'
My patients find my caring but direct approach refreshing and come away with new interpersonal skills that enhances "communicating", attaining intimacy with your partner.
I am both a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst who is conversational and focused. I have years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient hospitals and private practice. I look forward to meeting you.
