WHAT IS REIKI ?

Reiki is a Japanese technique developed by Dr Mikao Usui which amplifies and intensifies the power of touch. It promotes balance and harmony in your spirit, mind and body.

Reiki is the natural, simple and powerful practice of energetic healing.

Clients have often reported a sense of relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing, promoting increased energy and a reduction of stress. Reiki can also assist in injury recovery and dissolving emotional issues.

Rei = Highest spiritual consciousness, the universal energy inside and outside all living things.
Ki = Life force energy, this energy promotes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual harmony.

The treatment is about one hour long and is individually tailored to the client’s needs and condition. The client remains fully clothed at all times. The process is one where the client draws the energy into their own body and on an unconscious level directs the energy to where it is needed.
A treatment begins with a brief chat to establish the clients needs. Afterwards there is opportunity to discuss any feelings, sensations or thoughts that arose during the treatment.

Bio

Greg Riddell, Reiki Master, Practitioner.

After experiencing the wonderfully relaxing and peaceful sense of wellbeing that Reiki brings, I decided to learn Reiki to have the opportunity to share this beautiful healing modality with others.
I commenced training in 2003 which culminated in becoming a Reiki Master in 2013.
I began my professional practice shortly after receiving my Mastership level.
I have also trained as a musician receiving a Bachelor of Music degree from Melbourne University.
More recently I have begun composing music specifically related to Reiki and healing in general.
My first album was released in 2012 entitled "Reiki Music" and I am about to release a second album entitled "Journeys".
