Bio
"i understand that sometimes even everyday life can be stressful. Through life changes you may lose your sense of self, develop insecurities or mood changes or lose the spark in your relationship. I believe therapy is an effective mechanism to assist you in regaining your sense of self, becoming more balanced and establishing priorities in your life as well as improving personal relationships."

"I provide therapy for parents struggling to effectively parent their children, premarital counseling, couple experiencing difficulties, divorced parents working to effectively co-parent and families struggling to maintain a healthy family system. i provide therapy for individuals experiencing life transitions, adjustment issues, mood and anxiety disorder."

I work with couples who are moving towards marriage. I do guided pre-marital counseling sessions that assist couples in working through difficult issues such as finance differences, alcohol and or drug problems, future in law problems etc.

"I know that choosing a therapist can be a difficult decision which is why i offer a free 30 minute consultation."
