Whether they wish to stop smoking, drop unwanted pounds, or resolve an insomnia problem, or whether they have a mental, physical, or emotional problem, he will do everything in his power to assist them. Using one of the most effective hypnosis techniques as specified in his manual, The Trance Zone, Longo strives to resolve any mental disorders, or inner conflicts. Beginning from day one, subjects will be able to count on support for however long it takes. Unless the issues are complex, treatment my only take from two to six sessions. One of the underlying benefits of The Trance Zone hypnosis technique is this: It is that spiritual state of being, that trance state of mind that is reached when arriving into the "Zone," under hypnosis. As a prolific master he currently oversees all content and development for more than a dozen sites, including countless affiliations with integrative and holistic medicine associates.
