The Meridian Institute for Naturopathic Therapies (MINT) exists to help you in the enrichment of self, by creating opportunities to heal the mind, body and spirit. What better way to become a better you than by addressing your spiritual wealth, by maximizing your mental well-being and by optimizing your physical body. In traditional Chinese medicine, the word "meridian" (pronounced mə-rĭd'ē-ən) represents the pathways in the body along which vital energy flows.
