Life Can Be a Roller Coaster Ride of Ups and Downs
Find Support, Resources and a Little Humor Along the Way!
Do you feel sad, stressed out, overwhelmed or stuck in your day-to-day life? Do you feel disconnected from your loved ones? Individual or family counseling can teach you to use your strengths & resources to better understand the meaning behind the attitudes and behaviors. Trust and respect between family members and within yourself can be strengthened and rebuilt. My commitment is to create a safe place for teens, adults, couples and families to seek this support. I use a Strength-Based model of treatment combined with compassion, understanding and a warm sense of humor.

Joy joins CPA after 20 years of postgraduate work with adolescents and families. Her training is in Systems Theory, and she feels strongly that people are created and shaped through relationships – with others, the environment, and our society.
