As a Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist, my hope is to bring you back to the time and place when you were confident; you lived your dreams daily, you were excited about life, and you had the wherewithal to push through anything that life threw at you. You were strong and invincible.
You can feel this way again. Take the chance and leap of faith to be that person once more. You were and still are magnificent.
You are unique and bring both strengths and challenges to the table. You have the right to decide how you want and need to live your life. Working collaboratively and with empathy and integrity, I'll assist you to overcome your obstacles, misconceptions, and wounds. My extensive knowledge and experience are here for us to use. You deserve it.

Bio
I was raised in a suburb of Minneapolis and moved to Los Angeles to teach junior high school right after I finished my B.S. I loved teaching; I even enjoy working with adolescents.
I spent all of my break time at school talking with my students talking about what was going on in their lives. Somehow, it wasn't enough to be teaching grammar and analyzing the same novels year after year. I returned to school and earned my Masters in Psychology and became a Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist.
Everyday I work with my clients, I leave my office energized by their growth and strength.
