Moving You from Survivng to Thriving
Articles
I work with individuals, couples, parents and children to alleviate the challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and conflict / distancing amongst important relationships.
I combine research, training and experience in Talk, Experiential, Somatic (neurobiological) and Expressive Art Therapy methods (sandtray, art, play, drama, music) to encourage those I work with to
■rediscover resources (helpful supports both inside and outside the individual/family)
■explore challenging situations without becoming overwhelmed
■better understand and express oneself
■connect more effectively with loved ones
■find solutions to troubling situations
