Moving You from Survivng to Thriving
I work with individuals, couples, parents and children to alleviate the challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and conflict / distancing amongst important relationships.

I combine research, training and experience in Talk, Experiential, Somatic (neurobiological) and Expressive Art Therapy methods (sandtray, art, play, drama, music) to encourage those I work with to

■rediscover resources (helpful supports both inside and outside the individual/family)
■explore challenging situations without becoming overwhelmed
■better understand and express oneself
■connect more effectively with loved ones
■find solutions to troubling situations
In addition to my MA in Counselling Psychology, I have taken further graduate and post-graduate level training in specialized approaches to working with children, trauma and couples.

More specifically, I have additional experience and training in:

Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT)
Somatic Transformation (ST for treating trauma)
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
General Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Family Systems
Grief and Loss Therapy
Expressive Arts Therapy (music, art, drama)
Play Therapy
Clinical Hypnosis for Children
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in the province of British Columbia.
