As a psychotherapist who practices from a Transpersonal perspective, I provide therapy for the WHOLE individual. Unlike traditional therapeutic structure, which only considers the Emotional and Intellectual components of the individual, I also focus on the Physical and Spiritual facets of Self. I work with all ages, from small children through geriatric seniors. My specialties include Eating Disorders, Depression, Anger Management, Anxiety and Substance Abuse. I provide therapy to individuals, couples and groups and especially enjoy working with children and adolescents.

I have provided therapy in private practice for many years. Prior to exclusive private practice, I was a program manager with a local, large non-profit in our area. My responsibilities included overseeing the on-site clinic, which provided low cost therapy to the community, and the placement of therapists in schools throughout our county. I served as President of the local CAMFT chapter for several years, and have worked closely with county funded programs for the betterment of our community.
