Bio
I am a licensed counselor who has been practicing in the mental health field for over 10 years, working with children, adolescents and adults struggling with a number of different concerns. I believe that everyone has the ability to thrive and grow and that people's greatest strengths and resources come from within. Through individual counseling and child centered play therapy, I provide a positive, healing environment where individuals can discover their strengths and achieve the growth and healing they desire.
My specialties include working with individuals with developmental disabilities, trauma/abuse and child and adolescent concerns. I believe in the importance of looking at all aspects of an individual's life, including the emotional, physical, cognitive and spiritual domains. I believe it is the balance of all of these aspects which contribute to one's overall sense of wellness.
