I Can Help You Feel Better
Maximize Your Potential
I will help you access your natural well-being to improve your experience of life and your relationships. My approach to counseling is educational and I will provide many resources to deepen your understanding. This approach, referred to as "health realization," guides clients/students toward insights since positive and sustainable change occurs automatically through insight. There is no need to practice techniques or strategies. Insights last a lifetime and help you to bounce back quicker from difficult situations regardless of your situation or circumstances.
I have been a practicing, licensed therapist since 1985 when I obtained my license after graduate school. I have worked in clinics and hospitals before transitioning to a full time private practice in 1994. I have coauthored a book for relationships: "The Secret of Love: Unlock the Mystery, Unleash the Magic." It will be available in 2017. "It's an Inside-Out World" is currently available through Amazon for pre-teens, and I coauthored, "Healthy Thinking, Feeling Doing," a 7th grade curriculum for Safer Society Press.
