I am a family therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families from a relational, resource-oriented and strength based perspective. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort, where conversations and alternate ways of being and experiencing life can lead towards new paths and possibilities.

Many people seek therapy because of thoughts and feelings related to depression, anxiety, feeling stressed out or over whelmed, grief, life- limbo, relationship dissatisfaction, and the like. My goal is to assist and guide my clients through dialogue and discovery in order to move towards a more enriching and liberated self and life. My clients and I work together to help foster an understanding of themselves, the world in which they live, their belief system and their lives, through increasing awareness of self. This often leads to clients experimenting with new behaviors, new perspectives and ultimately making new and different life choices. Whether you’re facing challenges in your relationships, experiencing anxiety or depression, confronting difficult decisions, or feeling the pain of loss, I am experienced with all of these issues and can help you lighten your load.
