Find Your Aliveness! with Body-Centered Psychotherapy
What is the highest creative potential of your life?
How can you more fully and consciously experience confidence, freedom, joy, vitality and peace within yourself and in your relationships?
What would it look like to fully express your true self day to day and as you contribute your uniqueness to the world?

In a safe, supportive and empowering environment learn powerful tools to deepen awareness, transform negative patterns and belief systems, explore relationship issues and really claim the creative powerful person that you are.

My work uses a combination of talk therapy (both transpersonal and depth-oriented) with attention to somatic issues. We also have many modalities to choose from in order to support your growth and unfolding including cognitive retraining, EMDR, EFT, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and current brain science tools.
