Are you seeking better relationships, greater career success, or relief from emotional distress? I will work with you to overcome the obstacles to living the life you want. Understanding yourself and others in new ways can increase your ability to relate to people authentically and experience love. Reconsidering recurring patterns that once seemed inevitable or uncontrollable can help you eliminate self-defeating behaviors and discover new choices and options. Acquiring the psychological skills to direct your life more effectively can lead to making lasting changes. Developing your emotional intelligence can promote greater resilience, humor, and capacity for pleasure.

In therapy you can clarify your goals and develop the self-confidence and interpersonal skills to attain them, learn to build strong relationships, motivate yourself to achieve professional and financial success, and learn to cope effectively with challenges. The aim is to live more consciously and experience greater satisfaction in life.

I provide therapy in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself openly. I have practiced for over 20 years, and also teach and supervise other therapists. I work with each person as an individual and tailor my treatment approach to your unique needs.
