I enjoy working with and helping people. My style is collaborative, warm, interactive. I tailor my approach to the clinical needs of the client. Theoretical orientations include Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I see a wide range of clients. Special interests include depression, anxiety, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, eating disorders, grief and loss and relationship problems.

I very much enjoy helping people and will do my best to help you feel better. I am trained in both short and longer term therapy and after a thorough assessment, will discuss and collaborate with you to decide what type of treatment is needed, how often you need to come and what we will be trying to achieve. The sessions are an hour long and I work flexible hours to accommodate clients' schedules.
