I specialize in working with LGBT couples and individuals, and also working moms trying to figure out how to juggle all the demands on their time!
As a therapist, I work with you to define the right path for you, and how to reach the goals you set for yourself. We work together to manage your insecurities and anxieties, so your dreams can be achieved.
I am also a trained EMDR therapist, a type of psychotherapy that often helps clients get through the therapy process more quickly.

Bio
After spending 20 years in the business world I knew I needed to try something else but, like many people, didn't know what I wanted to be "when I grew up." After having a wonderful and supportive experience in therapy, I realized I wanted to be able to help others experience the benefits of therapy. I enrolled in a counseling training program at Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, CA while still working full time, and finally graduated with a masters degree in 2001.
I opened my private practice in Monrovia in July, 2008. I am enjoying reaching out to others and offering opportunities unknown to them.
