I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy practices and technique. Cognitive Therapy lends itself well to all psychological disorders, including challenges associated with problematic styles of personality and mood. Within that framework, I incorporate schema based methods, guiding clients in the discovery and understanding of how core beliefs are developed
and influence day to day decisions, behaviors and reactions. Mindfulness skills are taught, encouraging self-
awareness, self acceptance and emotional balance.

My goal is to teach you what I've learned, arming you with the skills needed for effective functioning
and overall well being. Sessions are organized, collaborative and solution focused. Through guided
discovery you'll identify patterns of thought and how those patterns influence emotions and behaviors. Modifying
dysfunctional thinking is a first step towards improvement.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders; panic, OCD, phobias, generalized anxiety and more. Working with diverse populations and age groups, listening for what's said and unsaid, can lead to a rich, warm, and highly productive, working relationship.
